WebIs there a way to check if a cruise will be at full capacity? Just booked the Carnival sunshine in November for a carribean cruise and was curious if they will be full capacity by then. It was dirt cheap (I know the potentially colder water and risk of hurricane season exist) but room selection was extremely limited. 5 13 comments Best
