In a blender, add 400ML of water, 25ML of sugar syrup, 2 pinches of sea salt, 25ML of Fresh Lime juice, 2 grams of egg white powder and 1.3 grams of Xanthan gum. Blend, then pour into a bowl and use your fish tank pump in the mix to create bubbles.
